which mods to make npc less ugly

Hello,
Do you guys use any mods to improve look of all npc-s and make them less ugly ?
I made a mistake of playing atomic hearts first and huh.. i forgot that this is Bethesda.

No mod, because nexus mod is no longer a good place for such mods. It seems Skyrim era is the last time that we can find "testosterone boost" mods for beth games.

Go to basedmods. There are some do deal with the situation.
