Ship Builder mods, now my ships have no doorways inside.

How important is load order with the ship building mods?
After choosing the Creation ship build mods, now my Crimson Fleet habs and Fleet Expansion ships have no doorways, rooms are all 4 walls no doors.

Only Vanilla ships work.

Sometimes more so than others but load order is always important.

yes I did

with that mod it blocks all doors in the ship builder and you have to place them yourself, it blocks companion ways, and all doors, just remove the mod and the doors well work again

Ok i deleted it but now there is no way to load my save game without downloading that mod again.
I never used the doors mod for anything I have built.

So I downloaded again and save works but no doors, it must be my load order, does the door mod need to be above or below other builder mods?

it blocks the doors in game and they need to be placed in the ship in ship build mode when that mods is installed

you either find a save before you installed that mod, or start a new game

Be careful downloading mods willy nilly without reading their descriptions.

Ok I disabled the mod, second prompt was to carry on loading without it.
Now I have my doors back cheers

the place doors mod has two patches to work with Matilija's Aerospace mod and the other mod I didn't pay no attention too, I couldn't get the place doors yourself mod to work without my character bouncing around inside the ship after entering the ship, so I don't use the place doors mod

Don't you also have to replace the habs with the ones meant for the doors you place yourself?

Place Doors Yourself is the absolute best mod I've ever used (no, I did not make it). While it too some getting use to, and I had to fix my ships, it get rid of the biggest headache in shipbuilding; doors and hatches put in places there were just plain annoying.

It is really not hard to fix your ship and put doors where you want. However if you never wanted to fix the random door placement issue why did you install the mod?

I've never had an issue with this mod.

The Devs had said they are aware of the issues with Fleet Expansion ships and the Crimson Fleet habs, a fix is in the works
