Londinion NPC asking for help?

So, I'm doing the Londinion mission for the UC. Right at the start, doing my first assault push, I very clearly hear someone, who sounded like they were very close to me, ask for help. It's in an open shipyard area, with lots of containers and the like. But try as I might, I can't find anyone? I used the power that shows me living beings, no luck, I checked in the various containers to see if they were hiding, no luck. When I first heard it, it was very clearly coming from a certain direction, based on my headphones auditory cues. And it also didn't sound like they were speaking over some PA system. It didn't have that echoy, slightly static sound that they apply to let you know you're hearing a transmission, and not an actual person talking directly.

What am I missing? Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

That might be a Terrormorph?

Certain Terrormorphs do have an ability to cause auditory hallucinations. They'll usually either call for help to lure you over, or claim that your teammates are about to turn on you.

ah, ok i knew they could do the whole "Make you think you need to kill your allies" thing, I'd heard that earlier in the quest. Didn't suspect it would also pull a "help me!" kind of vibe. Makes sense though I guess. Just wanted to make sure there wasn't some npc hiding out there that I actually needed to find for a quest or something.
