How long before ES6?

How long before Bethesda publishes another game I can really enjoy? I had hopes for Starfield but it just hasn't grabbed my attention the way Skyrim did. Thirteen years later and I still play and enjoy Skyrim. Lets hope bethesda releases ES6 and doesn't screw it up.

With how long it takes for games to made these days, I'd say 2028, at the earliest. And I think thats being generous.

I think they’ll want it out by 2026, may slip to 2027.

Next-gen title. 2027 at the earliest from data mining, probably 2028 or later given how Bethesda can't manage scope or expectations with their massive work-from-home workforce that strikes on a whim anytime the threat of professional expectations raises it's head.

At this point they should just not make 6 and say they did. I have no faith in Bethesda anymore.

That's an interesting point because I've been reading a lot recently about how corporations can't get their people back into the office. But what was telling, is they basically admitted their products were suffering because of it, without actually saying it.

That would explain a lot of the inconsistencies in the story-line and small bugs that should never have made it too release. No reason to believe ES6 wont suffer the same issues.

I think they're waiting to make it truly special so not soon. They're probably waiting for next-next-next gen technology and software.

Theoretically, the nvidia 50 series cards will be announced at CES 2025.....

If I were at my PC I could give u a link to a fan made Oblivion Remaster last I heard 2025. Could be in first quarter so earliest would actually be January. It's built in the same engine Skyrim was made and I think you will need to own Skyrim.

Also Beyond Skyrim, expecting it 2026.

So if you don't mind Amateur stuff you could see some big fan made games sooner than official releases.

Some of the 'amateur' stuff, is BETTER than what the company releases...... :D

If you want quality games, don't expect anything good from Bethesta....

The same old thing, a very poorly optimized game that will crash your computer until they release 100 patches...
Ugly characters, a game in its simplest form to be filled with mods, probably paid for, now it's Todd and Microsoft together...

TES6 only for adoring fans, capable of swallowing each and every botched design by Todd and his friends

and we are not going to talk about its engine anymore, what an upgrade.....

If you are having crashing issues, then you need to look at your machine. Hardware/Software configuration, etc. I run the game, pretty heavily modded, and have had ZERO crashes in hundreds, if not thousands, of hours.

No, I haven't had any problems, I have a very good computer, the only thing is the temperature, it's a very poorly optimized game...

I deleted it out of boredom, an empty game, in its simplest expression... to reign with mods... A game without a soul...

Right now I'm playing cyberpunk with 1200 mods and 4K. The temperature is low, very low...
