The only differences are:
TA board offers alive bounties, which are buggy and
They pay a little more, which isn't enough to care about at high level anyway given that you get 6-8k per gun at that point.
so basically, just do them from an outpost on a 75 planet at your level: its easier to get to, better quality enemy, and you will still get astra in the chest or off the bosses from them so there isn't any motivation to slog back to akila every 2 kills.
I have found some of the best loot and most fun areas were surrounding the specific tracker alliance mission areas.
By doing that with every single tracker alliance mission, I have found some really good unique areas.
That was how I found Vultures Roost, which is the largest and most fun area to kill the legion of bad guys that are there, and get massive loot in the process. So much loot you won't believe it. Just go there and have fun. Literally hundreds of thousands worth of loot there. It is in the Jaffa system on Jaffa IV. Just make sure you have the lock picking skill and lots of digipicks when you go there.
you can plunk down the outpost marker and the tracker's mission board and its done. I put a chest there too, and dump contraband into it so I can sell it all later rather than dodge inspections etc or make side trips for 1 unit.
Also, if you never have, an outpost with a landingpad + ship builder module is nice. It has most of the parts from all manufacturers, good for structure editing and small hab updates at least. You still have to make occasional trips to get a specific part, unless you mod the missing parts onto it.
