Deimos Armored Transport

Large transport ship just floating in space. No crew and the on board gravity keeps turning on and off. There is also a smaller ship right next to it which is also abandoned but can't get a lock on smaller ship to identify it.
Is this part of another quest? Or just some weird random encounter?

The end of a quest, but you get the quest objective and it will stay in your inventory until you meet the quest giver (Weight is only 1.00)

The only quest related thing on the ship is a box of booze at the end. Its wanted by the bartender on Gagarin. She can give you the quest to get it, or you can just turn it in to her if you already have it.

If you have Master Lockpicking you can get more loot at the end. Otherwise just have fun.

Smaller ship is likely a "Derelict" or similar Encounter (or maybe just a Random Settler/Trader/Galbank Encounter).

Sometimes Randoms Collide with ?Static? or ?Dynamics? (I have never been clear on which is Which)

Such a wasted opportunity. With the on again off again gravity, it could've been an amazing puzzle type of quest.
