Version 1.3. So I should just disable it then? Does it do any harm by just letting it stay active?
Have a look in event viewer, and see if it actually IS Starfield.exe causing the crash, or if its some other file. (windows event viewer)

Is there anything useful in the S and M (hhhmmm........) control panel??
I have seen this before S and M control panel will open the same entry he is looking at here. This is the best info he is going to get from my experience. The good news is that it happened once and it has not happened since.
