Crash when trying to land at New Atlantis

So I created a new game for this update. When I first try to land the Frontier on New Atlantis, the game always CTD. I've tried disabling the mods relating to New Atlantis, but still no luck. Any idea where to look what might be causing the CTD?

One or more of your mods may not have been updated for the latest game update. It might be a mod not related to New Atlantis. You have quite a few mods to go through if you check them individually. But that might be the best course of action.

Actually, now that I remembered it, I also have a previous new game save before this one after the update (with the same load order, plus the ones I disabled). On that save, I can actually land on New Atlantis, but when I load again on that save, the Frontier is nowhere to be found. If I load a save on the Frontier, the game immediately crashes.

That's why I start a new game again. But this time, I can't even land on New Atlantis.

After disabling Royal Galaxy mod, I can finally land on New Atlantis. I suspect this mod is the cause.

Over 900hrs.. now my game goes to the title screen then 1 sec. crashes out.. can't go to the options or creation club to fix it...HELP
