Escape! The new dlc quest
I have a question for anyone who completed this puzzle quest. I don’t know how to ask it without a huge spoiler so please don’t read further if you are planning to play it.

………

This is a fantastic puzzle quest. And it is creepy as hell. I loved it. But I finally got stuck. I solved every puzzle, including the one where you need to act within seconds or die. My score was 95,000 before I got to make the final decision — there were three of us and only two were allowed to leave. The quest is about a psychological experiment involving Greed. One of the final rewards is a cool looking gun called Avarice.

So, my final choice was whether to stay myself and let the other two leave or let one kill the other (an easy solution that allows to finish the quest right away). I chose to stay myself because this was about GREED (there is Matthew 6:19 quote in the first room) and various clues told me that there was another way out, inside, and I should reject the Mammon gift. Rejecting the gift, the slate said, was the only way to escape. But how? I unlocked every door and poked my nose into every damn crate. The game just tells me to find an alternative way off the station. No pointers of any kind. Also, I haven’t found the Clue #4 (found 1,2,3 and 5). I don’t know, everyone lies in this psycho quest, maybe that slate lied too?

My question: how do I escape? If you finished the quest by staying, have you found your way out? Or do I have to load a save and just let another man die. So much for “You cannot serve God and mammon.”

Last night I finally finished this mission with another character. After finding the card inside the golden vase it was smooth sailing.
This quest should be done while your character is still very low level, though. Like, right after starting the game. You would get something resembling a challenge, a free ship and a good weapon — an excellent reward when you are lvl 3 but just a symbolic trophy when you are level 134. The strongest enemy was lvl 10 I think.

Overall, a great mission.

There is Anglin's Clue #4 in the game, but it is not emplaced into the world. It looks like they removed it, because the clue makes it too obvious what to do.

It is: When you get to the final room, don't head out the door. Find my note in the far corner.

Thank you for this thread, I was on the fence about this mod, but I'm no good at this kinda puzzle thing, with timers even? No not my thing. I'm glad you guys are enjoying it though :) Something for everyone in starfield it seems :) If the puzzle thing turns out to be really popular I'm all for it :) I allready have enough Starfield content and with shattered space coming up, to last me the rest of my days :)

No.... You will not get away with expiring before finishing all there is to finish in this game.

Oh goodness, I have no plans to expire lol. I'm a stubborn old coot and plan on seeing at miniumum the next 10 yearly DLC's for Starfield :)

Unless I'm forgetting one, there's only one timer, and (phrasing to minimize spoilage) you shouldn't consider it an impediment to getting the DLC.

Just before entering the room with electric probes I found a large trap door in the floor with a twirling fan. The computer said maintenance had to be activated elsewhere so I was never able to stop the fan.

I ended up killing the girl because she was too blood thirsty, she just could not wait to kill Red.

I will delete and reinstall the mod and try again.

How did you get such a high score? I got only 50000 before the final decision?

Did you open the room with the bodies before claiming the final prize? That would lower your final score to 50,000.
Or maybe you skipped some puzzles, did not find some hidden content etc. Just guessing. But yeah, my score was 90,000.

Played tonight with a new character. I think it should be possible to reach 100,000. Hmm...
