How to get the Rev-8?

I don't know if I'm missing something, but there's no ship modules for carrying vehicles listed in my ship outfitters, and after attempting to buy the vehicle by itself (yes, I did have the credits for it), it just doesn't appear anywhere after I land.

What am I missing?

Bought it; not spawning. Every time I go back to the tech, they're ready to take another 25k. And they do, and I don't get a vehicle.

I did not even read the title. My answer was a total guess and it was a concidence that I hit the correct topic.

I'm getting the same issue. I just checked and the credits have been deducted six times.

ok, I read it ...i recommend to install the latest update in order to get REV-8

Outposts mods and community patch can cause that. Disable all mods (make sure that creations are disabled), verify files and buy it again. If it spawned - you are good to go. You can turn on mods, since the problem is with saving the vehicle after the purchase (weird little glitch)

Thank you, this did it. Disabling a few of these (the ones that seemed most likely to interfere) didn't do the trick so I disabled everything.

It appears the vehicle purchase wasn't being registered despite the fact that the credits were being deducted. I attempted buying it again with everything disabled and it immediately updated the active vehicle tooltip, and spawned immediately next to my ship.

The fact that it's a vehicle "registration" problem, probably explains why it's safe to enable mods again once the vehicle has been registered. I wouldn't have thought of re-enabling them afterward (thanks for mentioning this bit), now I don't need to batch-test until I find which one is the culprit.

The lost credits are an easy fix, I'll just credit myself back via console commands.

I also disabled the mods and purchased it, It shows I own it when I log back in, but it still does not appear when I land on a planet.
