Where did my ship go? Starjacker quest
I took off from Akila I believe with the decoy ship, now I am back and my ship is gone?

Ship services at the landing pad, it's over by the Trade Authority kiosk. Starfield stores it by default because of the "ship shuffle" on that mission.

you didn't lose anything, you gained a crap ship that you can rebuild from the ground up if you needed a ship slot platform to do so.
