Should be V1.13.61.0, shows bottom left of the settings screen.

Update the Game, Goto Any Ship Vendor. install the mod by just talking to vendor. its not an actual module/ship part

It's not a module.

You select "buy vehicle" from any ship techs. It spawns next to your ship when ever you land.

Yeah my update was in que. I went ahead and forced it to start and it's downloading now ... well it's done already. Man I love fast internet.
