Space station

I installed the mod that allows you to build a Spacestation but it doesn't seem to work?, unless I'm doing something wrong?, I am playing on the Xbox series X.
When I go to the Starstation control console and press the A button there is a click sound but nothing happens!?, no prompt to build a Spacestation?, can anyone plz advise what is going wrong?

I'm sorry, I can't speak to xbox problems :( I play on PC. But I do believe that mod if it is the one I'm thinking is still in beta so... you take a risk. Would help if you name the specific mod you are refering to. There is one called Personal space station that works great, but you don't build it. There is one called the Lounge which is also great. First one is furnished the second is not.
