Issue with creations using MO2
I am having a strange issue with mods downloaded via "creations" and ModOrganizer 2, and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice as to what to do. So the problem is that when I download a mod from the "creations" page it ends up in the Overwrite file in MO2 set-up, which isn't really a problem, but I cannot move them or they must be re-downloaded once again. I copied the mods over to the Data folder and it simply won't recognize them. Instead, it demands I redownload and reactivate the mods before I start a game. Additionally, these mods ALWAYS deactivate when I quite and restart the game, and it demands I reactivate them each time. These are not game killers, but they are strange. Is something wrong with MO2?

Yes - the current versions of all mod manager (not just MO2) are not fully compatible with Starfield. Work is progressing on them, however, and a number of versions are in testing. Due to this, it is not recommended that people use the existing managers for modding purposes as of yet, unless they are willing to accept the risk that things will get borked and will not work.

As poor as using the Creations module for managing mods may be at this time (and it is pretty poor), it is currently the only supported way of managing mods - even as bad as it is.

So let's hope that the finalized versions of Vortex, Mod Organizer 2, and Wrye Bash are released ASAP,

Des[ite what some say, MO2 works perfectly well with Creations.

In the Creations page in game select one Creation to download and do that.

Note the name of the Creation, you will need it in a moment.
Exit the game.

The files for the Creation will be stored in the Overwrite folder in MO2.
Select "Create a mod from overwrite" in the context (right-click) menu in Overwrite and enter the name of the Creation.
Now you have a mod from a Creation.

Enable it and put it in your load order wherever you think is best or where the mod author recommends.

Do the same for the next Creation, if any. And so forth.
