As poor as using the Creations module for managing mods may be at this time (and it is pretty poor), it is currently the only supported way of managing mods - even as bad as it is.
So let's hope that the finalized versions of Vortex, Mod Organizer 2, and Wrye Bash are released ASAP,
In the Creations page in game select one Creation to download and do that.
Note the name of the Creation, you will need it in a moment.
Exit the game.
The files for the Creation will be stored in the Overwrite folder in MO2.
Select "Create a mod from overwrite" in the context (right-click) menu in Overwrite and enter the name of the Creation.
Now you have a mod from a Creation.
Enable it and put it in your load order wherever you think is best or where the mod author recommends.
Do the same for the next Creation, if any. And so forth.
