I wont lie. That does need work, but the melee when it comes to hand to hand isn't bad at all. The inertia updated kind of makes it nice, especially in 3rd person. But it does need a bit more work.
A lot more work you mean. Either the dismemberment or the finishers need a return.
I was amazed that they released the game with no upgradable melee weapons at first.
It really feels like they didn't want melee builds to exist, but was surprised by the demand for it.
They've actually mentioned melee being worked on more, so its no biggy.
That along side land vehicles which also clearly means more in land areas. They have mentioned tweaking the generation, so there's that.
I did wish the melee was 10x better. But I still get a laugh out of punching someone on a zero g planet and watching them float away lmao c'mon, thats gold!
Well, I do get why it's lacking gore in terms of blood and such, thick space suits.. so it makes sense there.
But, I WOULD like to hack off an arm or two lol ugh..
Helmets could break and heads could get domed. Arma 2 and ready or not has those
Well we're talking space gear, that's a bit different.
They did nail the blood within the helmets if you notice that detail. I do like how it gets on the screen of the helmet and pools up some. So theres that.
