Well if we can't agree on what exploration is then how can anyone "prove" it?!
It's pretty much common sense that exploration should show the player a map of where they've been and be able to go back and forth, but we can't do that in SF.
Todd lied about exploration and space flight, it literally does NOT exist in SF ...lol
You can explore any planet. Do you know what the word explore means or being intentionally obtuse for the sake of argument?
If you are denying that you cant explore every planet then you are either not playing this game or just lying for the sake of creating argument.
Whether you like exploring the planets or not is irrelevant.
We cannot explore every planet, not even close LOL
It's a single tile that gets regenerated in-between loading screens and there's no map showing where we've been because it all gets randomly generated each and every time.
Not exploration haha!
So according to you there is no exploration in dark souls? Subnautica? Uncharted? The last of us?
There are so many games with exploration that do NOT have a map…
We have already established that you have a strange definition for exploration…
As for the space flight, have you not played starfield? You can quite literally fly your ship in space.
The approach is irrelevant
a map is irrelevant…
Yet there is…
No you can't fly, players simply pick a POI or planet and like magic we're there LOL
All random each and every time, not exploration.
you can explore every planet. Lying about this doesnt improve your argument.
Anyone can go to any planet and choose their landing location and go explore it.
LOLOLOLOL
You can literally fly your spaceship in space
LOL!
Nope its a randomly regnerated tile and its never the same.
Thus no planet and no exploration, Todd lied again LOL
randomly generated content can still be explored, thats not a lie. You are lying about what exploring means.
LOL!
Someone choosing not to fly isn’t the same as there being no flying.
Okay since you insist on being obtuse…. When a tile gets generated and you are currently walking around in that tile, visiting points of interest, is it safe to say that you are EXPLORING that tile?
No that's not true at all LOLOL
I see a hill in the distance, I try to go there but hit an invisable wall, I jump in my ship and try to fly there, can't because the tile just got regenerated haha!!
No exploration, Todd lied. :(
Todd said explore planets, not tiles LOL
So according to you the witcher 3 isn’t an exploration game? Are you really prepared to die on that hill?
Thats not the definition of "no exploration". The fact you are on the world walking around constitutes exploration.
You would lose this argument in any critical thinking class or any court in the world. You have no argument other than reactional emotional response.
You scream desperation to be right on something you are dying alone on a hill about. You are not fooling anyone bud.
