UC Military Genetag and Terrormorph Cell Sample
Somewhere along the line I picked these items up. I imagine that the genetag would be of interest to somebody in the UC Military. And that the additional Terrormorph cell sample would be of interest to the TMD. But I'm not finding any interest outside of selling them to any vendor.

Anybody know of a proper "home" for these items?

It's part of the Vanguard quest. If you've completed the quest then they are on longer needed.

They're both for the doctor. You only have to find him.

Yes, I've completed the quest yet still have them in my inventory, at least the genetags for sure, I'm not in game now so I can't check if I still have the samples but i think i do. They don't bother me since the have no weight iirc.

That the one from the quest. He is part of the TMD on Mars, once you finish the quest.

I know you are supposed to deliver the cell sample from Tau Ceti -- which I did -- but this is an additional cell sample I picked from another Terrormorph that I killed. I'm not sure that he accepts additional samples.
