I think drawing presumptive conclusions is a waste of time and effort. That's what I think
In my experience (and from what I recall -- a LOT of other people's) NV was the absolutely worst game for bugs I have played in my entire gaming history of 52 years.

Microsoft already own the IP´s. They don´t need ZeniMAX to use them.
What will most likely happen is this: Bethesda will make a new Fallout game as usual years late, after the Fallout hype train is long gone anyway. And that game will be of Starfield "quality" and almost no one will play it. The bosses at Microsoft will have had enough of everything and sell Bethesda to some big investment fund, which will after a year or two sell the rights to the franchise to a smaller third party, and shut down the studio because it is unprofitable.
agree.
for now what they have to do is to fix Starfield's problems which are quite annoying.
Oh noes! Not the tick tock of the ticking clock. I'd trust bgs with a story over you guys any day. Your narratives, while you obviously worked hard on them, are boring.
It's - magical almost.
They make for excellent fiction tho!
