Any one have same issue after update, mining cutter does not have the red line when mining?

Yes but this was due to the EXE (Effect Textures Enhanced) mod i was running. Disabling this mod returned the red line

Did you disable the mod? My mod manager has a enable/disable toggle for each mod.

Use Steam's file integrity check. This will replace any files that are modded.

doesn't seem to have worked, I think I need to complete delete the folders in windows explorer as well. somewhere the files are messing up,

do you know of an app that can remove the game files in windows, I have cc cleaner will also try that

When you uninstall, it leaves files behind? If so, just find those files and delete the directories. I would make backups of my save files.
