is rsr on in amd cp ? if so turn it off, same goes for vsync
turn on fluid frames and anti-lag leave everything else unchecked for now
then
open game settings>display
turn off upscaling, dynamic resolution and vrs , set resolution scale to 100%
set the res to whatever you want (3440x1440)
set upscaling to fsr3 ,
run the game
then if you want turn on vrs and dynamic res and lower res scale
now you can go back and tinker about in amd cp with other settings
if you have an nvidia gpu i dont know ,
what gpu do you have ? it matters
better yet , list system specs
Loaded up XFCE4 under xorg and issues with resolution are gone.
same as issues with performance.
FSR3 gave some serious FPS boost.
No almost all on ultra(-motion blur) and I get above 100FPS in town.
Perhaps its time for a replay.
