Eye patches

Every now and again, I find an NPC w an eye patch. I found an awesome outfit and hat that I could make a Snake/Big Boss character. I'd only be missing the eye patch. Are there any to get in game?

Sort of. There's a mod that will give you the eyepatch. I use it on my pirate run. Its nifty.

I just want a pair of glasses. Kirk got some in Star Trek IV in a world where a single pill cured anything.

It does seem stupid that the face slot is only used by neuroamps. There should have been goggles as well as glasses and eyepatches without using mods.
