Yes I swam in Neon's oceans mainly to scan the swimming creatures to complete Neon's Survey.
May be it will need to get back down there 2 or 3 times as I had just 3 or 4 fishes rezzing up each time but that could be just me, for sure you would be more lucky and make the scans faster.
Swimming there has no other point for as I know.
I always land in the water when I’ve jumped off and live. Might be because of where you’re jumping off the platform.
