btw I've let my reshade stay on an older version for the past 2 updates.
the reason given was that it wasnt starfield related,

Wrong moderating can happen, but don't let it slip, report to support so the ban/warn is removed, and then add a request so the moderator is warned.
No matter the Steam rules, Steam can't forbidden such information on specific drivers updates, that would be total madness.
reality is , it's their (steam) forums , they can ban for what ever they want , i obviously pissed someone off and i received a little retribution via a week ban
No answer from support means nothing, and you can contest a support answer, I suggest not do it more than once.
And then if a moderator is a dev moderator they have no moderating rules and can do anything they want and Steam won't do anything against. Insane but sad truth.
Me thinks there is more to this story. Dont worry, I get banned for silly things too, like daring to criticize StarTurd or interacting with chatGP philosopher.
