How do you mine iron? The cutter isn't doing anything. wtf. Game is really starting to be more annoying then fun.

The cutter only mines the small stones that show up on the scanner as you walk around.

To mine iron if the ground shows iron you need a base with an extractor and a storage crate along with power.
