"Short Sighted" mission possibly bugged, HELP

I think my save file is ruined and am hoping someone will tell me that it's not and how to resolve my problem.

SPOILERS:
I'm on (what I believe to be) the last part of this mission where I'm supposed to "check in on everyone" on-board The Eye.

I've already welded the panel, installed the parts and used the computer, etc.

I've spoken to everyone on-board The Eye except Sara who I am unable to locate. I've watched numerous videos which show her walking around The Eye but in my game she is not on-board the station anywhere. She's also not on-board my ship.

Is my save file borked?

Try reloading the save from when you first arrived. Also, you should not need to talk to anyone but Vlad. Then you leave.

I tried talking to Vlad already but it still shows the "check in on everyone" objective as incomplete.

FWIW: I'm not 100% sure that I have to speak to Sarah. That was just my best guess from watching video walkthroughs of this mission and seeing what they did that I didn't do...

So there are four items to repair. Weld a panel, computer, electrical, and use a wrench near Sara. Did you fix all 4?

yes to 3 of the 4

I've not seen Sara on-board the station at all since this mission began...hence I haven't been able to use a wrench near her

Well that would do it... Maybe try a quick save and reload????
Not sure what else to do...

yeah, I kind of assumed my save file was screwed...posting here was just a hail-mary attempt at finding someone that knew some genius work-around so I didn't have to revert my save-file

You may be able to use the console to bring Sara to you... I'm not up on that sort of thing.

I saw a bug clip of her sinking through the floor once. Either summon her via console or tcl to float outside and find her

Can't you just find the wrenches on the table and use them? There is 3 or 4 I think.

What I did, was to Vladimir's right, there should be a small table with wrenches against a wall. Just use those, and it should continue, despite Sarah not being there. I think if she is assigned to the ship, she will return to it. A very dumb bug, I know.
