6 Most Immersive Bethesda Games, Ranked
And guess who they rank second?
I think gamerant may have gotten it right.
"In Starfield, players will have the utmost freedom in building their ships and setting out into the galaxy, landing on randomly generated planets and venturing to see what lies ahead. Even with these planets and creatures, players can still find an engaging story in a variety of ways, whether that’s infiltrating the Crimson Fleet, a group of space pirates, or becoming a smuggler of illegal goods, the possibilities are as endless as the stars." ~gamerant

Starfield, for sure, should be number one.

The older those games get, the worse they become.

Look at how old all of those games are. Nearly a decade, or more.

Prey is the youngest, at seven years.

Drag them out of retirement and plug them in. Don't make me laugh.

I think you may be right. At the very least it gives Skyrim a run for it's money. I do like it at 2 but you make a point about older games in general. Skyrim is special though and you know - mods.

Loading Screen > Actual Power F-ing Armor ?

This is why you shouldn't ever read game rant xD

Here they all come out of the woodwork. The naysayers rush in, it's always only a matter of time.

I guess they consider constant loading screens and fast travel immersive. Both of those are the antithesis of immersion.

Stupid list. Prey and Dishonored aren't even Bethesda games.

"Bethesda has created and produced some incredibly immersive games over the decades, not bound to the genre and found with infinite imagination. Bethesda has managed to create some truly interesting worlds, filled with great characters and fun gameplay that has players not only coming back for more but becoming entirely engrossed within, immersing to new levels where these worlds captivate them through screen and controller." ~gamerant

Oh they might have Starfield ranked wrong so actual opinions on the topic are welcome.

They're not gonna release it before the DLC, they don't want mods to hurt sales.

But they're not gonna have a community left by then.
