Divided Loyalties Ending Bug?

I have a bug that has completely stalled my ability to progress the game. After finishing the final step of Divided Loyalties, I am told to accompany Andreja to the lodge to finish the quest. However, upon arriving to the lodge, nothing happens. I do not get a quest marker update, there is no indication of where to go, and the key issue is I cannot dismiss her because we are focused on her quest. To advance in the story, I need to pick up a different companion, but the game will not let me dismiss her while this quest is active. This first occurred around Launch, and I uninstalled until today thinking this was patched. Any advice on how to proceed?
