Report a translation problem
For the Ship thing, try lowering your Graphic settings. Major Planets (anywhere you are scanned) spawn Traffic to make it seem like people are coming and going. That of course is with the Caveat that you have updated your Graphics Drivers in the last 3-6 months and you are operting with a Graphics Card of Recommended level.
everything is up to date and hardware shouldent be an issue. im not running max graphics or anything special.
the space traffic on major planets its spawning at least 20 of the same ship in one spot in 3 different spots.
Honestly I don't pay attention too much to other ships in orbit so I can't speak to well to that one. I don't think they have a crowd type setting for space.
