Report a translation problem
If you can use console commands it's as easy as:
"slm 14"
There is NO background option after going thru the Unity. Nor did any update/patch notes mention changing your "background"

It might help if you could post your screenshot.
(1) - I have a bunch of save files, so I just loaded up one saved in the Unity so I could quickly go thru
this is the "$Preset" tab that was there from a former mod, but i've deleted all old mods from before the june update, gone through the game files to delete anything connected to sfse, but even after completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game that tab is still there and im not sure how to get rid of it?
My only suggestion is to see if the mod in question WAS updated. If so it's def worth trying the updated version of the mod to see if it fixed your current issue.
