Terramorph
Just started starfield and I kept hearing this thing called the voice and kept hearing it everywhere I went from different planets to my ship. Found out I'm hallucinating from terramorls. But I can't find them, there's no indicater on my compass of any enimies how do I find it or what should I do?

I only had that happen a couple of times.

It was during combat with Terrormorphs.

I assumed the creatures could telepathically communicate with certain humans, but I don't recall getting any answers.

That's likely what Shattered Space has coming. Explanations.

The expansion is the hardcore alien drop.

You probably had a fight with a terramorph recently, they can have that effect on you. Sleep and it should disappear.

No, he has redone his previous thread. He is trolling pure and simple. He keeps making new threads on the very same subject. Just wasting everyones time.

My take on it is, the Va'ruun serpent - possibly the precursors making the temples - returning. We do get the explanations in-game, however they are often hidden between the lines or just hinted at.

As for the terromorphs, the official explanation (you get it if you do the vanguard missions) is that they affect people with pheromones and hallucinogens. (This may be the explanation the scientists prefer to telepathy which they cannot measure or do not believe exists).

th Terramorph was arguably the best Mission i have ever played in a video game, that fear, that intensity.
shame the mission didn't continue this way, a little upgrade and suddenly the Terramorph are just no longer scary and can easily be killed
by the ending of mission i killed the Terramorph boss with like two shots!

I always felt they triggered the responses in our brain that corralated with their ?Intent? or ?thought?

Not necessarily telepathy but pushing the buttons on the keyboard of our brain to communicate understanding (sounds). The voices would be from our any of our memories though not attached to any memories.

Yeah, that's a good description. It's definitely not telepathy exactly, just .. it didn't seem right that it was pheromones either; it spread too far, too fast, and through space suits.

Theres an entire quest line of fighting terramorhps from talking to that guy and joining the faction.

I thought I had uploading these but I had to scour through my history and upload them today.

I've found and observed THREE types of Terrormorphs on Kreet.
Regular (level 10)
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3273005751
Alpha (level 10)
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3273002190
Controller (level 10)
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3273004148
Here's the NPC that the Terrormorph was controlling... they were shooting at the other members of their party (Spacers iirc)
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3273004213
I literally stayed there and watched as two other Spacers shot at the Terrormorph until they eventually died. The Terrormorph would periodically go over to this NPC and "refresh" it's control. That NPC looked like he had radiation poisoning or something else being emitted from his body. That is until he too died.
