I highly recommend buying the premium edition. The DLC and music score are well worth the premium price.
I don't know if the premium edition is available on GamePass, but you could always try that too for a less expensive option in the short term.
Definitely NOT worth it!!!
The game gets boring after 10-20 hours.
.
Worth of course, being entirely subjective.
Like opinions.
Even the ones that are based on patently false information. ::smile::
We'll know when the expansion is released.
I'm at 492 hours, and I only just began the main questline yesterday. So, even if the expansion is a dud, this game was well worth the price of admission.
As long as you have a powerful computer to play it on, and you're a patient person by nature, then I'd recommend it. There is a lot to do in Starfield, but much of it requires patience. It's a slow-paced game.
Otherwise, you'll end up standing in line with the rest of the fools that habitually complain on this forum. Hurling insults at Steam users, developers, and the game itself far more than they play the game.
This game doesn't need to breed more of them.
If you think you're susceptible to that conduct, then don't buy it. It's that simple. Go play the decades-old Fallout games for the millionth time with the rest of the TV series fangirls.
Just depends on how much or how little 70 bucks means to you.
70 bucks doesn't buy a decent lunch.
300+ hours of gaming tho -- that is a hell of a bargain!
None of it is worth it.
Trust in someone with a few hundred hours of experience in this game. The main story is WACK, the characters are all one-dimensional, mostly do-gooders, no crossover in missions, no choices matter to future game play, tons of loading screens everywhere, poor AI, boring empty procedurally generated planets, the list goes on.
Buy something else.
But it was "worth" playing "a few hundred hours".
That's longer than the VAST majority of games I play lol
::Just another thing that makes you say "hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm".
That's certainly subjective im 50 hours in and I'm still sucked in.
This question is subjective, I agree!
