Higher metascore than Stellar Blade

Starfield has a metascore of 83 and Stellar Blade has a metascore of 82

I'll probably play it. Not for the boobiage - (I have my own) but because I like Korean rip offs of Japanese action adventure games :D

The story is being noted to be pretty shallow. But, it still looks fun.

I mean starfield has a higher Metacric score than fallout 4 on PC. Starfield is good game by the majority of accounts. The problem is people are expecting not a good game, but a groundbreaking generational game. And a good game was not enough to satisfy the masses. I never heard of so many people trying to say 85 on PC and an 83 on xbox is complete garbage. Yet Starfield still scores higher than fallout 4, stellar blade, Ghost of tsushima, and helder divers but yet it's a bad game.

No, that means 173 critics were given free or early access to the game to generate ad revenue for their sites and on average still couldn't be enthusiastic enough about it to rate it as highly as Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3, Skyrim, or Fallout 4. Obsidian's bonuses were withheld for getting this kind of score with New Vegas.

Why are we taking about Obsidian bonuses for a game that game over a decade ago...? An 85 is a good score period. Unless you are saying review scores don't matter. I bet if Starfield had scored a 60 you would definitely be using that to push your "I hate Starfield narrative." The fact is that most reviewing outlets enjoyed their time with Starfield and the commutation of many reviews show it.
