Help! Thieves ripped off my New Atlantis Penthouse!

I went to visit my New Atlantis Penthouse today and everything's gone. Wiped clean. Is this a known bug, or feature or something? Did I do something to cause this to happen?

Well the terrormorph plotline is how you earn the penthouse.

Mercury tower penthouse and the apartment in the Well both reset during the Terrormorph attack and during the main quest High Price to pay. It is a known bug since release - Bethesda is aware of it and it has been published on PC gamer and several other gaming servers. Still not fixed in any of the patches.

This was added onto my notes the first time I saw how much effort it was to visit it. Same with the Well apt. really.

I wish there was an option to let my parents move into it.

Total loss of outpose/home/ship bugs are one reason I give it a very low score + uninstalled it finally. I gave them a couple of patches to fix this crap but no dice.
