Here's everything I tried:
- Going to different systems and coming back to Aranae and Procyon B.
- Repairing the game files.
The ship is not showing to me at all.
I've opened a ticket to Bethesda, gotta wait and see what they say.
I found 2 reddit discussions about this, let's hope the devs fix this asap.

Open a previous save where you are talking to Ikanda, and open the console with the "`" key and click on him. You will need to be up in his face as you click on hiom to be sure you aren't accidentally clicking something else around him. A Ref ID will appear on screen. Write it down.
Now reload your current save and open the console again and type player.moveto "Ikanda's RefID", where "Ikanda's RefID" is the string you wrote down earlier without quotation marks.
If all went well you should be teleported to him, wherever he may be.
Yeah that worked, thanks.
press enter and you will be right infront of ikande on the vigilance
I think Skyrim gave you a notification when a console command disabled them though.
If there is one console command that should disable it it would be "tgm" i.e. Toggle God Mode. so open the console and type "tgm" into it. If you see a message about achievements being disabled you will know for sure, if not then it is a MAYBE with a lean towards probably not. After using that command though go ahead and close Starfield entirely without saving (don't just go to the title screen).
Unfortunately I am not in a spot to fire up Starfield right now and check for myself.
Yes it will but you can use this mod which btw has no requirements and it will enable you to acquire achievements as you normally would.
There are a few achievement enabler type mods on Nexus but like i said this one has zero requirements:
