Creations is useless with a Bethesda.net account that isn't accepted and can't be reset!
I've had a bethesda.net account forever (from Elder Scrolls on-line) but it sure won't let me sign into to the new Creations feature of Starfield or even the bethesda.net web site itself - not even to reset its password. It won't let me create a new account, because it says I already have one - but sends me nothing when I try to go through the forgotten password procedure. Doesn't matter if I enter my old user name or e-mail address, the forgotten password interface always says it's sent me an e-mail which it never does (and yeah, it's not in my spam mail folder either - nothing is ever received).

This has prevented me from submitting bug reports, but now totally prevents any use of the new Creations feature as well. Bethesda.net has no procedure for how to fix their account management screwing up as it has for me. Totally useless!

I have an ESO account. They appear to be completely separate.

https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/
https://accounts.bethesda.net/

I was able to create a Bethesda account just now. So not sure what to tell you. Use another email maybe. I'm using the same email for both btw. Maybe contact customer support.

And i've had this issue with other games. And worse yet is you need email to work to submit a ticket. And it's the account/email i need fixed. I've had to actually call a couple companies to finally get it sorted. And it still took a lot of effort.

You may have use for the Studio's discord

Bethesda softworks - publisher - https://discord.gg/bethesda

Bethesda Game studios - Developers - https://discord.gg/5pyNy3ra

I just revisited the game for the first time in 6 months or so. I have completed 5 play through. Now my game also crashes when I enter @ into the box. It is opening a script editor or somesuch. Shame, as I fancied getting back into a game which I loved from the moment it came out.

Any solutions?

Why do you expect anything to work from BGS after Starfield hit the scene. Nothing works and nothing is tested!

Go into Creations and give up your soul by signing the new BGS agreement and then see if you can get in. lmao

Check your anti viruses and add blockers, they may be causing the email to not be delivered to you. I have ran into problems with Paramount Plus sign in and it turned out to be malwarebytes' add blocker.
