Small Primers

How do you get "Small Primers?"

You buy them from vendors. Some will have them for sale under 'resources', others under 'Ammo'.

is there a large supply out there? I am finding like 3-5 at a time, and that is about useless.

The only place to get primers is vendors.
They have either 2x or 4x 1-5 of each type.
That is it.
