Creation club not working

When i open creation club the game freeze and stop working

Same thing happening to me. I had to completely uninstall and re-install the game twice before it would work long enough to get some free stuff, then right back to crashing when trying to launch it again.

Same here. At the top it just says Reloading .... and seems stuck. I can open the load order but it won't let me change anything. It say I can't change while it's loading but it's stuck.

Yes i did and still not working. We have to wait for a bugfix

what do you mean? I just downloaded a few mods in creations club and later I wanted to view a few more mods but then creations club stopped working

I downloaded 2 mods not 10 minutes ago. I'm sure it is a geolocation issue and will clear up. Xbox or PC?

This is also happening to me on PC. Just says "reloading..." over and over at the top of the Creations club page. And if I try to load a save game, everything hangs and I have to force it to close. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, verified files, tried the guy's trick from the video, and submitted a ticket. This all happened after I noticed a few of the mods I was using had updates available yesterday. So I updated them, picked a couple more mods and my game crashed. Then it got stuck the in reloading loop after that.

If you want to find the file location quicker and you use vortex just go to the load order tab on starfield in vortex and click on view plugin files at the top and it brings you right to that folder. I'm having the same freezing issue and just verified file integrity and once that is done going to delete that file and see how it does.

Update: deleting the file did fix it, I had to open CC twice to get the mods to load and it didnt recognize that I had some stuff downloaded previously from CC but they still appeared in my load order. Game crashes when I exit CC but thats just modding and bethesda for you. I also have mods from both CC and Nexus so that could also be causing that issue but otherwise game runs fine when playing,

for anyone having issues with boxes showing up, but no text for what the mod is, my friend and I found that he was on 8K resolution. When he switched to 4K, it was normal. We tested again and found creations does not play nice in 8K. So switch to read descriptions, then go back to 8K once downloaded as it only affects the creations menu, not the mod.

Hmm I'm curious if this will fix it for some.
