Not for Starfield, not that I have seen. Following Fallout or Skyrim tutorials doesn't look promising either. It's very different inside this CK.

How do we go about seeing the connected tiles wrapped around a sphere?

Like Todd said in the Lex Friedman interview. Im super excited to see this.

You just have to be familiar with past creation kits, all the usual object windows and interior/exterior cells are there, but learning the galaxy view window is taking some trial and error...
