Missing creation credits

Did someone else has this problem? Have the premium, got message saying I was awarded 1000 credits, but still says 0 credits, haven't use it or even seen it in my account..

Go in the shop, and it will show. Just becareful and not buy something by accident.

Didn't get the creation credits either and starting a steam ticket just sends you to bethesda.

I've had this same problem. What's worse is Bethesda seems to have misplaced my old account and allowed me to create a second account under the same email address. And it doesn't give me an option to fix the account name in Starfield (I might have typed it wrong, I don't know) that the game is connecting to, but it encouraging me to unlink my steam account and lose everything in the other games at the same time. I'd say worst customer support ever, but all of these companies who won't pay for any real support are all the same. They don't care.

I got the 1000 credits message, went into the store bought a 100 c item, and now I have 50 left...
EDIT: When I got the message, I figured, oh so I did buy it premium after all. Didn't remember. Yay... Turns out, I had not. The "thanks and here's 1000 septims" message is bugged and shouldn't be there. Check you DLC, if premium ain't there, you didn't buy it. You can also check store- If it let's you buy premium, it means you didn't have it.
I bought, got the "you just won 1000 septims and a trip to the Bahamas" message again, and this time I got the credits.
