How do you collect bounties alive ?

Talking about the trackers mission board bounties.

I am in front of a guy stunned by EM weapons and I cant find a button or a way to capture him, talk to him or do anything to complete the mission.

Edit : I was in fact doing a "kill" mission (not specified "Alive" in the quest log). I went to an "alive mission" and the quest was completed instantly after stunning the target with 100% EM damage.

I've been going around in circles in Akila City for 20 minutes to find the first guy but IMPOSSIBLE!

Are these the new missions of the tracker alliance? walking around in circles like an idiot for 20 minutes? but you are sick Bethesda! At what point did you think it was fun to do that?

The mission board is located downstairs in the HQ, near the robot.

The missions look a lot like regular "Kill pirate legend at xxxxx" except that you have to capture the target alive if the mission says "alive" (else it fails).

So far I haven't found a way to proceed. There are informations about the bounty if I use my scanner on the target but I can't seem to interact with anything. It may actually be bugged

the missions on the mission board already existed before, so we have to pay now to have quests in the game, is this normal? a game for 70 euros?

that plus the creation kit of which most of the mods are paid but what is this madness?

We need a boycott of Bethesda, we can't continue like this, it's no longer possible...

How much will people spend? 70 euros + 30 or 40 euros the DLC + the points from the creation kit...

These people are thieves and you must not let yourself be fooled, think about how much your game will cost you in the end, think about it.

I always find it hard to relax when I buy a game for 70 euros and people talk to me about micro transactions...

I have never bought creation credits for Skyrim or Fallout 4, and wont for Starfield as well

These 3 games have been worth every cent for me.

Dev support and modders are going to add content for years to come, some will be free, some won't, but you never have to buy anything.

Enjoy the free update and download whatever you want.

And if you're not happy, go complain to Bethesda, they'll make you pay for that, you seem to like it

You shoot at them with weapons that only do EM damage. If you mean capture them and put them on your ships brig to transport, well Bethesda decided not to put an ounce of effort into that, so you can't do that. It's basically the same as prior Bounties except you shoot at them with EM.

Nothing happens once they are stunned, so I cant complete the quest.

I have not figured out the way to take one alive yet either. It doesn't help when you have a one shot and dead weapon...

i think if you shoot them they get into a down state i think when the HP goes all the way down
the first one i did i EM them it auto finished it
but the 2nd one bugged, i think as the bountie became stuck in a down state

ive had them in downed state or stunned by EM, quest didn't advance and I got no dialogue or interactive options

Update : so I was in fact trying to capture target for a mission that didn't specify "alive". I killed him and completed the mission.

I went to an other target that required "alive", stunned him with a EM disruptor and instantly completed the mission.

He got out of stun 1 second later (I think because anreja shot him) and I could kill him, mission was already done so no consequences. lol
