Where tf is Adrastos?

I am running my second circle around Akila and I can't find this mf. Any tips bros?

I stood on top of The Rock and watched people walk by until he showed up. Took a few minutes, but talking to him is bugged out now

Aight, I found Adrastos, he stood by the left side of that main tall building where you get faction quests (dunno the exact name, but it's like bar + collective HQ).

Another thing I ran into while playing this quest was that agent No 1 had no helmet and was talking with lips closed, classic BGS jank :D

He's hoping to retire and is practising his ventriloquism. The lamp post in the corner is supposed to be talking to you, or maybe it's the Plushie in the bar, not sure.

Yup. As G said above, I found him to the left of The Rock (looking at it from the front/city entrance), but I cannot talk to him. I shot him just to see what happens, the game seems to have planned for this, but you cannot talk to him when he's crawling on the ground. If you shoot him then, security becomes hostile.

An amazing addition, truly.

I've found him all three times (dif saves):
Once leaning against the wall at Chunks
Twice just walking around... you can't miss him he'll be the only RED dude/person you'll see

Yeah he bugged for me too. Restarting the game didn't fix it. I had to reload an earlier save then it worked.

For me he was leaning on wall of the bar near the entrance looking at Galbank.

Found him in that same place. No troubles on my end. It's funny how he always looks like he's about to fall asleep. Great addition. Wish I could give him the Batman costume and have him hang out around Akila all dragged out. Have to settle for BatRoach eventually.

With the scanner on, you need to hit the "E" key to scan him, wait a few seconds to bring up his record. Then the talk dialogue will kick in.

He is RED in the scanner while all the normal npc's are BLUE.

The first site I checked after he does what he does was that convict refuge on Elios. Nope.

Can someone provide his console id? I already tried "help adrastos 4" and i don't get a npc entry. Smells somehow fishy -.-

Adrastos will not spawn at all in my save. I have literally tried everything! I once got him to spawn in a very old save but I was several levels lower and had done too much in my current save to go back to it. I can find 1 or 2 bounty hunter targets in red but that's it.
It is bugged and needs sorting in the next patch. Unless anyone knows how to sort it?

He just walks around - kinda proves that the city is bigger than it looks (even if empty).

I found him walking downstairs near Terrabrew.

Since it launched I've never had trouble finding him. He walks around near Terrabrew or the bar. Running an Nvidia RTX 1050ti (not fancy) on my laptop.

Is anyone who has the glitch trouble running AMD? I really feel for folks who bought that GPU line the last decade for whatever reasons, and whatever model, but I'm tired of folks with their own brand's pipeline issues putting their defunct card on programmers... yeah it's not you're fault... but be mad at AMD, not programmers. Or the opposite... is anyone running AMD not having glitches finding him? Is anyone running Nvidia having trouble finding him? Let's science the ♥♥♥♥ out of this!

Otherwise good luck. Such a great quest I hope it gets figured out.
