I have to maually maximize Starfield using the taskmanager every time I start it. It's an old issue that has not been fixed - among a ton of other things. Since the last patch I have more NPCs getting stuck on geometry than before.
Why would I pay a single cent for this product, only to have other people do Bethesda's job? I would, however, pay the developer of the mod directly.

I may buy some if I find something I think is worth buying. I already see a couple of additions creators are making for new dungeons to run etc ... it won't be long before there are some more full fledged mission packs coming from creators. Yes, I would pay for that kind of work if it proves to be good quality.

There are 15k people on Fallout 76. Yes, these people exist.

Not the first time they've done this. If people like something they'll buy it. Simple. I'm sure if you were capable of doing it, you'd physically stop them from buying it. Complaining about it isn't gonna stop people from buying what they want and they definitely don't need to hear from you.

It's their money, they can decide on how to spend it, no matter how stupid you think it is. Just like smoking and alcohol, it's bad for people's health but they still buy it. If that's what they want to do, that's on them.

I probably would pay for a render engine upgrade that doesn't have to conceal it's lack of actual indirect lighting behind aggressive color correction and fog....

No and never will, these are not mods those are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ micro transactions in a offline single player game. The fact that Bethesda had balls to do this to starfield after it got such a bad rep just shows how low they have fallen.

They should have just added steam workshop support for this game and it could have been possible that it would get people to buy it and revive the community around it, but I suppose they picked the option of adding another nail to the coffin.

Now I am just waiting for skin ship DLC.....

yes they can spend there money on it. It's my right to say I think it's ridiculous, I have nothing really against them. Mainly I feel Bethesda is at fault. I mean they take a % of the money from the modders and Bethesda should be doing a lot of what the modders are doing. I played a ton of Skyrim and Fallout 4. Never paid for anything, Now there trying to milk money of the modders to fix there game.

So I bought the Tracker's Alliance with the gimme credits, bought a bunch more credits and got the Observatory and Ancient Mariner mods. They greatly enhance my game and I have my eye on half a dozen more that I'll likely spend money on.

Are you going to dare call me an idiot?

What are those two, just outpost mods?
Xeriath Jun 9, 2024 @ 4:33pm
I think nobody is surprised that this was coming. Of course, people exist which purchase them, if nobody would spend money on it then we would not got it. I personally don’t care how people spend their money.

You can put 100 hours into F76 and not buy anything more than the game.
It's actually pretty fun now.

That being said. Yeah, this creation credits thing is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. Who the ♥♥♥♥ is paying for mods? If people wanna support a modder, pay them directly.
