Report a translation problem
For the mods which don't have updates, after checking with Vortex, I recommend visiting the Nexus page for each of them and looking at the Posts section on the mod page. See if anyone has posted that it is or isn't working with the new update. If one is noted as not working, disable it in Vortex.
If you run the game and it crashes or it isn't working as usual, one or more of the un-updated is responsible.
For mods with no indication of whether or not they work, you'll just have to test them out in the game.
But if your load order has issues then that's of course a horse of a different color.
