And here is where I advise that you learn modding. You can use Blender to make or modify things to put in the game. Learn to use xEdit, Nifskope and utilise photoshop for the textures you desire. The learning curve may be a little daunting at first, but you will pick up on it.

And, of course, when the creation kit is made available, all this will be ten times easier.

No one is stopping you playing the game in high heels, or stark naked, if you so desire. As you point out, it is in the privacy of your own home. Enjoy. I would recommend taking it easy in the heels though, build up the use slowly, it's just too easy to break an ankle.

If I had to guess, probably the same reason you don't get high heels as a male character in any other game you're likely to play. Possibly even the same reason female characters in Starfield don't get high heels.

I believe if the "Male" character wears a dress in Fallout 4 the shimmering red sparkly one Wonder Woman wears while Singing. I don't recall seeing any heel outfits on anyone in starfield (Non-Modded).
