The quest tells me to meet Huan, i engage the conversation with her in the well, the quest progresse to ''speak to Huan'' mid conversation, but when all the dialogues is spent, the quest marker stays on her, even though she says to meet her at the ship.
Even with console commands, this bug is unfixable. The ship refuse to spawn, and she refuse to move out of The well.
If you want to play around with the console command, help yourself, but save before.
The id for the quest is : 0021d792
To change the stage of the quest you have to use : setstage
The stage is a bit tricky, the order is not simple and you have to navigate and try stuff but basically the moment you have to speak Naeva and Jazz at the Key to come up with a plan to steal the ComStat is stage 200.
Someone who is stuck at the dialogue with Naeva and Jazz at the key would write this in the console :
setstage 0021d792 200
Some people got teleported on the ship by entering :
setstage 0021d792 39
Others used the stage 700.
Its weird, but this spoecific bug with Huan doesn't seem to be able to be bypassed by the console command.
You can see all the stage of the current quest ''The Best THere Is'' for you by typing :
sqs 0021d792
it seems this bug appeared when the DLC launched, and many people are encountering it on Reddit. Doesn't seem to concerne mods, saves, or progress...
Some months ago I did manage to solve this using the console and getting Huan to move to the cockpit of her ship and advancing the questline. You should be in the cockpit of her ship and input the following command:
00279201D.moveto player
If that doesn't work, try:
0027921E.moveto player
There is even a video explaining how to use the console to bypass the bug.

Having said that, using console commands voids achievements and I, for one, have an insatiable craving for them, which means that I wasn't quite fond of having dabbled in console commands and everything. Thus, I kept a savegame from before in case Bethesda heeded the bug report I meticulously sent them and lo and behold, they did patch it in the September version! I went on and booted my savegame from before using console commands and there was Huan Daiyu in all her obnoxious glory* in her ship's cockpit.
All I can say is that the bug, as it was on my PC, is fixed. I cannot say for other iterations or forms of the bug which may have different checks and triggers. But the bug, just as it was for me, is completely gone.
* She irks me beyond measure, but we all love her in spite of that or, to a certain extent, because of that, hahaha.
just to give some more info on the matter:
The problem is related to 2 quests in New Atlantis that want to use landing pad B. This is Sgt. Yumi FFNewAtlantis05 0008E2D9 Search & Seizure (Anansi) and “The Best There is” (21d792) Jade Swan.
Status of the game:
Search & Seizure FFNewAtlantis05 is on standby, but is at level 0 (getstage 0008E2D9 = 0)
“The Best There is” has started and the player should seek out Huan Daiyu in ‘The Well’. I believe this is getstage 21d792 = 400.
Effect:
Up to this point, everything seems to be ok. You talk to Huan Daiyu and after completing the conversation, the quest marker is placed on landing pad B in New Atlantis - but this goes wrong because “Search & Seizure” wants to use the same landing pad. As a result, you cannot continue playing “The Best There Is”. The quest marker might go to landing pad B, but I then had 2 quest markers. One was still on Huan Daiyu and the second was on landing pad B. Landing pad B was empty (no ship spawned). The quest progress was already at stage 500.
At this point there is no way to fix the problem with setstage. Even if you do completequest 0008E2D9 and finish Search & Seizure, The Best There Is will not continue.
I spent about 3 hours trying to advance both quests with setstage commands, but no matter what I did, I could not persuade the game to set “The Best There Is” to the correct state. The two quests seem to clash because of this landing pad B.
Workaround:
I loaded an older savegame in which “The Best There Is” had not yet been started. I simply flew off the “Siren of the Stars” again and traveled to New Atlantis. Just for your information: Search & Seizure Quest was already on standby (getstage 0008E2D9 = 0) - I then played Search & Seizure for Sgt. Yumi and completed this quest normally. Then I flew to Siren of the Stars again (played through the quest) and then to “The Key”. I completed Siren of the Stars and started “The Best There Is”. After that I was able to talk to Huan Daiyu normally and the quest marker was placed on landing pad B and the ship “Jade Swan” was spawned correctly. It only worked in this order. There was no way to play Search & Seizure when “The Best There Is” was already started.

The way I see it, these two quests collide with landing pad B in New Atlantis and both try to spawn a ship (Anansi and Jade Swan), which fails if at least Search&Seizure is already on standby (Talk to Sgt. Yumi).
I haven't gotten around fixing the bug in my case. I did not start the quest '' Search & Seizur '' yet. And I don't have that quest in my journal. Maybe I need to think about doing it. I will see and come back
My quest tells me to ''meet Huan'' at The Well, and the quest marker is on her head. I meet her and engage the conversation, the quest progress as soon as i do to ''speak to Huan''.
When the dialogue is spent, she tells me to meet her at the ship. The ship doesn't spawn, the quest marker doesn't move and stays on her head; and the objective still says ''Speak to Huan'' even though the dialogue is spent. Huan stays in the Well.
No matter what i do, i cannot get it out of her. i have used every console command to set various stages to this quest without success. I even killed everyone to try to make her move.
Even loaded very old saves and the bug is still there. I have never encountered any bug this during my entire playthrough this is the first time. I feel like this could be an easy fix, but i can't put my finger on it quite yet.
as i said in my bug report for Bethesda: no setstage command worked, even the quest stages for debugging were useless...
if you cannot solve it by loading an older savegame then you may have to go through Unity without the Crimson Fleet quest
I didn’t have this quest in my journal, and I hadn’t completed all the smaller tasks from Sgt. Yumi. But I decided to go ahead and start the quest chain until he finally gave me "Search & Seizure."
it is a small quest given by the Sgt. Yumi not far from the landing area. This quest requires you to track down a ship suspected of carrying contraband. You receive a few clues and must pick a suspect from four suspected ships when speaking with Sgt. Yumi. The ship you choose will appear on Pad B for you to search. One of the ship to choose from is Huan’s ship, She is featured in this quest.
If you have "The Best There Is" quest in your journal while doing "Search & Seizure," Sgt. Yumi ends up acting just like Huan and bugs out. He has a quest marker above his head, but no ship spawns, and he runs out of dialogue options. The quest "Search & Seizure," becomes impossible to finish.
However, if you complete "Search & Seizure" before starting "The Best There Is," the quest works properly and you can make ship spawn on the Pad B !! without issues.
This to me is a dead giveaway that we are dealing with nothing more than a quest compatibility problem. It’s highly possible another quest might also be causing this bug with Huan. Since "The Best There Is" in your journal prevents "Search & Seizure" from spawning ships, i suspect another quest is also stopping Huan’s ship from spawning?
I tried loading a save where I hadn’t yet started "The Best There Is" and completed "Search & Seizure" without any problems. But when I returned to continue "The Best There Is," I encountered the same bug again. So, I still can’t progress with Huan—she stays in The Well, tells you to meet her at the ships, but the quest marker stays on her, and her ship doesn’t spawn.
The stage for the quest bug is 500. The next stage, where you should board her ship, is 600.
thank you *g*
("would you kindly" is from bioshock and you are programmed to obey when you hear that phrase! 8=))
If anyone has an easy solution or a way to jump ahead, that would be great.
It would be nice if someone could create a way to skip the dialogue if there are such errors.
I think it's perfectly fine to report the bug because I paid for the game.
In a given world, this is worth nothing!!!!
And @Nassan: If you have read this thread, you will realize that console commands are not always a solution. And if that's the case, then every player has a manual savegame that was made before a quest and can load it.
This is quite serious because there are over 100 missions and I have never experienced such a serious error!!! But they can't solve this here, which is interesting to say the least.
