Walk and Run Speed
Why am I still having to mod the game to get my PC to run and walk the same speed as everyone else?

It's a known thing. Most games that I've played seem to have that issue.

You a keyboard warrior eh?

One of the perks for controller. For Controller my character moves to the speed of how much the joystick toggle is moved. So let's say on a scale of 1 to 10, my toon can move at any speed inbetween dependent on how far the joystick is moved. With keyboard I wager you only got 2 speeds, walk and max speed run cause it's a one button toggle and nothing inbetween.

You realize I'm not talking about my computer but the Player Character right? Everyone has that bought the game has access to the same copy I do, and I've seen plenty of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about this dumb ass feature they continue to plague their games with. It's readily fixable but Bethesda obviously doesn't care about the quality of this game.

Firstly why should I be forced to use a controller? Secondly, pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ attitude to bring in here. I have a valid complaint about immersive issues, that by the way is commonly complained about in Bethesda games, yet for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason Bethesda continues to implement this dumb ass discrepancy. It should not take a script to fix something this simple.

Is it really that hard to keep up with an NPC traveling like 5 feet. Its not like you are doing an easedropping mission from Assassin's Creed.

controllers are so bad i would not play the game instead lol

Controllers are sluggish and lack precision and speed, game's make up for that with aim assist and other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ systems. I can change my DPI from 600 to 5000 in a button press. My keyboard barely requires pressure for keystrokes and inputs are instant. Why should I be forced to use garbage paperweights for a game that was supposedly made for PC too. Made it better for controller to sell more since XBox can't sell an Xbox?

Heh.

I've used a Razer orbweaver since it first launched in 2015. Razer stopped support and are no longer made.

If my orbweaver died and I had to resort to a regular typing keyboard it would suck so bad. Probably take weeks month to recover and relearn muscle memory to feel natural again.

Matching character walk/run speed to NPC walk/run speed has been a problem since the first game to have an NPC you needed to follow. It is always going to be a thing. In many cases, the NPC is delivering exposition dialogue and their speed is timed to match the end of the speech with the end of the journey.

You missed his point that it is a technical limit of keyboards.

Followers issues lie in the fact they still get stuck vaulting over ledges, not their speed. NPCs you are required to follow for escorts or whatever all move faster than you walking or are slower than you running. It's retarded.
