Also, were you using any mods, now or at any time previously?
I do have 39 mods. Most are quality of life stuff. I have a few texture mods, but none that texture the world space. I also have the natural lut mod.
I just tried out the fix you posted and that didn't solve my problem. I also updated my post to include a link of the screenshot I took of the issue.
I have only used bethini to change those. Any clue which setting would do this? The texture fix themselves when I get closer so I thought it was view distance, so I used bethini to up all of my view distance to max values but the issue didn't resolve.
I just set all ini settings to default and the issue persists.
So I'm not sure if Bethini for Starfield has what I'm about to suggest but Bethini has always had it in the mod for other Bethesda games.
What I'm referring to is a setting in Bethini called "Before Bethini" or something like that. So youshould be able to use that to revert those changes.
That said I have seen others with your issue who have used a mod on Nexus called "Starfield Configuration Tool" to fix the ini settings,But since I haven't used the mod myself I really can't offer you any advice on how to use it.
Yeah there was a reset to default settings and I did that but it didn't fix the issue.
That's up to you.

That's true. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.
Things you can try is exit game to desktop and reload.
Maybe even restart pc.. but eventually this is going to be common, including missing textures on the ground etc where you fall under map and it'll just spiral out of control.
Only actual fix I've seen is to advance to the next universe via the main mission. Or start a new game and don't explore as much.
This happens regardless of using mods or not, the game is just buggy and broken and eventually it just starts to break down.
That's weird, I've never seen this happen in game and I've got almost 900 hours in now. Had on save with 260 hours. Have the achievements at 100% where I visited all the systems and over 100 planets. Done all the quests and never saw this issue that you'd have everyone believe is common and inevitable with exploration. I think maybe it's something else.
I'd like to know the system specs OP is running it on. I'd bet 39 mods is also part of it.
This is a fairly new save. I haven't done much, especially when it comes to exploring, and So far it has only happened in Cydonia on two specific structures.
I noticed that some of the textures were bugged after the last game update (they simply didn't load).
The most obvious case that breaks any immersion is the giant crane in Cydonia being textureless and in mid-air.

I have already restarted the game and the PC;
I have already reinstalled the latest graphics card drivers;
I've already recompiled the shaders twice;
The only visual MOD I use is "Neutral LUTs", which supposedly shouldn't have any interference with textures, as it only changes color saturations.
As I only started having this problem after the last update, I thought it was more common in the community.
