Can't change the game language, is in russian

My game starts in Russian, I've already uninstalled and installed the game and every time I open it it's in Russian, I've also tried changing it within the game file by putting "sLanguage..", but it doesn't work either.

Step 1: Open Steam and open the Starfield page on your Library.
Step 2: Click on the cog icon on the right side next to the achievements.
Step 3: Click on Properties.
Step 4: You see the Langague options under the General tab.
Step 5: Choose your preferred language.

Audio:
Select Settings from the Main Menu or Pause Menu.
Select Audio.
Select Voice Language and change as desired.

Right, it only supports:
English
French
German
Spanish (Spain)
Japanese
(and a few others in text only)

But I think they want to change it to English.

yea, it's just that none of those look anywhere near russian

Have you installed a mod which offers Russian translation? You need to remove this mod.
