and lastly having reshade active does give a stutter .
before you enable amd frame gen you need to hit a fluid 60fps , when you achieve that then enable frame gen and you'll see a nice smooth fps increase,
what gpu you have still matters , fsr3 and frame gen cant turn a low tier gpu into a 4090 or 7900 xtx, but it can significantly improve what you got if it's compatible with frame gen and fsr3
Honestly I'm not ready to give up on the visual improvements of Reshade for a few extra fps
I'd prefer Frame Generation to be on at this point.
Pretty sure there's something in the Starfield code that is toggled on/off when we access the inventory screen (or area). I tested Creations and Photomode and neither of these make the ReshadeMe banner appear. It's only when you open one of the inventory/map screens
Note: v6.2.0 of Reshademe is out but I did not update to test it.
