LOWEST monthly average players !!!! 6510 players
Starfield continues to drop avregae month player, steady every single month.
The starfield steam chart is completely red!

worse is that the drop last month % was bigger than teh month before and all those drop are big %.

End of this month the average month player will be less than 5000! Skyrim at that time will have 4x more players, 4x !!!

This just show how bad Starfield is.
A AAA sandbox title with only 6 months and already have such low playerbase is something.

That's like 7x the player count of Wo Long :-P
its crazy how the average player count has been dropping at a decent rate for almost 6 months now, kinda like the overall review score of 59%. i guess its just a bad game.

Oh you know how it is the cheer squad will show up declare the game a success and then claim it's perfectly normal for such player counts and then ignore what normal was for previous beth games.

I never said that was a good thing for Starfield, there's a 2nd way to read my first comment

It's almost like it's a single-player story game that people are finishing and then waiting for the dlc and creation club to drop... Imagine not being tied to a single title and playing lots of different things. I read Lord of the Rings, but I finished and don't continually read it at the same time as everyone else...

Wow, totally new concept. Good luck getting these degenerate HATERS to understand something like that though. You may as well teach calculus to a toddler. They're looking for any little thing to tear into Starfield. Anything. It's sad that they don't have anything better to do with their lives. Although not surprising at all.

Tell me, little one, only two Awards for the last OP is a bad thing?

Here, if you want I can give you a friendly kiss where it hurts, so the pain will *poof* away! :steamhappy:

And good luck with this new Awards farming thread absolutely innovative and useful discussion <3

Of course, Skyrim has more players:

Bethesda is horrible at fixing bugs but Skyrim has now been out for a long enough time that they are fixed!

It also comes with all of the DLC, while Starfield hasn't been out for long enough to have DLC content.

I'm sure that Starfield will have a lot of people playing it in four years when it is "finished" and more or less bug-free.

Critical thinking needs to be taught more in schools. Things like avoiding comparing apples and oranges, that simple statistics don't always tell the whole story, and that confirmation bias is not a useful path to objectivity.

Don't really care what the player count is. For me the game is meh no matter how many people play it. It could be 100k playing it and it wouldn't change my opinion of the game. Todd screwed the pooch with this mess, it's too bad, it could have been a good game.

BREAKING NEWS!

Single player game player count steadily declines as players finish the game and move on.

More fake news at 11.

Except previous Bethesda games had more players at this exact moment in their life cycles, pre creation kit as well, zero DLC.

And what's your excuses for BG3 that's been out a month longer and still has 150k+ concurrent users, with zero NG+ systems? Bg3 is a game with an actual ending, and zero variants to main quest once you start a new game unlike SF.

Last month BG3 had 14 million mod downloads, SF had 100k in the same time period.
